1. About Wave Washing

Wave Washing is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Chad Pert, doing business as Wave Washing ("Wave Washing," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide local mobile car washing services in Cumming, Suwanee, and South Forsyth, Georgia. By booking a service, visiting wave-washing.com, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We offer exterior washes, interior cleanings, and our Full Wave Package at the prices listed on our website. We come to your location and clean your vehicle in your driveway or another agreed-upon spot. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the vehicle and to a water source if requested.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Submitting our online form, calling, or texting us is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. We will reach out to confirm your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking, and to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed are starting prices and may be adjusted for unusually large, dirty, or specialty vehicles. We will let you know before any price change. Payment is due at the time of service and is accepted via Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or cash.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment at no charge by texting or emailing us before the scheduled start time. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to schedule future services for you.

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

You agree to disclose any pre-existing damage, sensitive interior items, loose trim, aftermarket parts, or paint conditions before we begin. We take reasonable care while cleaning your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by loose, unsecured, or improperly installed parts. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

7. Communications & Text Messages

By providing your phone number, you agree we may contact you about your booking. By checking the SMS consent box on our website, you also agree to receive promotional and informational text messages from Wave Washing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. No Affiliate or Lead Sales

Wave Washing does not buy or sell customer leads, and we are not part of any affiliate marketing network. The information you provide is used solely to deliver and improve our own services.

9. Service Area

We currently serve Cumming, Suwanee, and South Forsyth, Georgia. If you are outside this area, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
